Smartlogistix e Puccetti Materie Plastiche: automazione avanzata per la movimentazione Octabin

Smartlogistix annuncia il completamento di una nuova installazione presso Puccetti Materie Plastiche srl, società controllata da Puccetti Holding S.p.A.
Il Gruppo è una realtà industriale italiana attiva a livello internazionale, con un portafoglio diversificato che spazia dalla produzione di preforme in PET, attraverso la sopracitata Puccetti Materie Plastiche srl, ad altre attività manifatturiere ad alto valore aggiunto. Impegnata in un costante percorso di innovazione tecnologica e sostenibilità, la Puccetti Holding S.p.A. ha scelto di affidarsi alle soluzioni di automazione intralogistica Smartlogistix per ottimizzare i propri processi produttivi.
Il progetto prevede l’introduzione di due AGV modello Pluto Pico, progettati per la movimentazione di Octabin su pallet. I veicoli, in grado di operare fino a 12 Octabin/ora con picchi di 14,4 Octabin/ora, garantiscono prestazioni elevate grazie a una velocità di 1,2 m/sec in rettilineo e 0,5 m/sec in curva.
L’impianto è stato arricchito da accessori dedicati tra cui, per ogni linea produttiva, un sistema di rulliere e baie di interscambio tra AGV e muletti e un’innovativa soluzione di etichettatura automatica che agisce direttamente sui pacchi in ingresso, permettendo un tracciamento puntuale e sicuro lungo l’intero ciclo logistico.
Questa installazione rappresenta un importante passo avanti nel percorso di digitalizzazione e automazione di Puccetti Materie Plastiche srl, che potrà beneficiare di una gestione più efficiente e sicura dei propri materiali, riducendo i tempi di movimentazione e incrementando la produttività complessiva.
